Integration API

• List facility transfer UUIDs and Get facility transfers by UUIDs return the unit transfers of a facility, linking the rental record a tenant moved out of to the one they moved into.

• Rental records now include moveInRentInPennies, the rent the rental started at before any promotion, and moveInStreetRateInPennies, the street rate of the rental’s unit group when the rental started.

• Get vehicle UUIDs for a facility and Get vehicle details by UUIDs. Both endpoints were already available and now have reference pages.

• Webhook subscription requests from an API key that is not set up for webhooks now fail with the message Webhooks are not enabled for this API key. Please contact Monument.

Shopping API

• Get portfolio organization communications name, Get facility policies and Find eligible auto-applied promotions with highest discount. The Rental Flow guide already described them, and they now have reference pages.

Guides

• The Integration API Reference Guide lists every Integration API endpoint, each linked to its reference page.
• The Webhooks guide documents updating a subscription and filtering subscriptions by portfolio, and no longer shows vendorName in the examples: the field is not part of any webhook request.
• The Rental Flow guide no longer describes the lease signing redirect used by emailed lease links.
